Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–5 working days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your skin — and your experience with us. If your face oil doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted products, we accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description. We’ll do our best to make it right — with care and ease.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
